Fermii Pty Ltd (ACN 701 301 626) runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and your consent to hear from us. If you email us, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we collect it

We use your email to tell you about Fermii's launch, news and offers, only if you have ticked the consent box. We use what you send us by email to reply to you. We don't use your information for anything else without asking.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@drinkfermii.com and we'll take you off the list.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers: Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and secures this website, and Kit (ConvertKit LLC) runs our waitlist and sends our emails. They may store data outside Australia, in the United States and other countries where our providers operate data centres.

How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@drinkfermii.com.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
